Jesse began working at Charles River Labs in 1985, traversing a broad sales territory from the Midwest to the Eastern Seaboard. After obtaining a master's in business and dedicating years to coaching his growing children, Jesse ventured into the realm of real estate, initially serving as a licensed appraiser before leaping into real estate sales in 2008.

With a rich background in building, repairing, and flipping homes, he offers sound advice on renovations to secure the highest value for their real estate investments.

His appraisal experience, spanning from Northern Virginia to the Northern Neck, provides an in-depth understanding of diverse markets and communities.
